Matthew Monroe
Matt currently serves as the President of Silent Americans and is excited to ensure exponential growth for the charity. In addition, Matt is one of the five Co-Founders and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
Matt graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University Maryland in 2023, receiving a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Finance, Data Analytics, and Information Systems. At Loyola, Matt served as the President and Founder of the Investment Banking Club and Vice President of the Loyola University Rugby Football Club. Matt is also a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honors society, as well as Alpha Iota Delta, an international honors society in decision, information systems, and operations.

Tommy Monroe
Tommy currently serves as the Vice President of Silent Americans and is excited to help support the overall operations of the charity. In addition, Tommy is one of the five Co-Founders and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
Tommy is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree of Science at Pennsylvania State University. At Pennsylvania State University, Tommy is a member of the Bodybuilding & Fitness Club, and has participated in THON, a student run fundraising and awareness campaign for pediatric cancer. Tommy is a certified personal trainer through ISSA and is an amateur bodybuilding competitor in the National Physique Committee (NPC), placing second in Juniors Men's Classic Physique in 2023. In addition, Tommy is a former two-time World Finalist in the National Ninja Warrior League (Presently known as the World Ninja League, and famously known as American Ninja Warrior).

Matthew McHale
Matt currently serves as a Director of Silent Americans and brings prior fundraising experience along with him. Matt is one of the five Co-Founders and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
Matt graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2023, receiving a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. At Loyola University Maryland, Matt was a pitcher on the Loyola Club Baseball team and helped raise funds for the Hounds for Hope Club. Matt also studied abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy.

Kyle Murphy
Kyle currently serves as a Director of Silent Americans and is instrumental in Silent Americans' overall strength and success. Kyle is one of the five Co-Founders and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
Kyle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University Maryland in 2023, receiving a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting, Information Systems and Data Analytics. At Loyola University Maryland, Kyle served as the President and Captain of the Loyola Club Baseball team. Kyle is also a lifetime member of Beta Alpha Psi, an international honor society for accounting, finance, and information systems, as well as Alpha Iota Delta, an international honor society in decision, information systems, and operations. At both Loyola University Maryland and Commack High School, Kyle has participated in numerous charitable activities that include Toys for Tots, PB&J Gang, and his local food drive at his hometown church.

Patrick McMurtrie
Patrick serves as a Director of Silent Americans and brings his prior charitable experiences and insights to the charity. Patrick is one of the five Co-Founders and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
Patrick graduated from James Madison University in 2025, where he played on the Men's Football Team and earned several honors, including JMU Athletic Director's Scholar-Athlete, NFF Hampshire Honor Society Member, Touchdown Club of Richmond Offensive Lineman of the Year, and HERO Sports Group of Five First Team All-American. He began his college career at the College of the Holy Cross, graduating in 2023 with a Bachelor's in Political Science after five seasons on the football team's offensive line.
Previously, Patrick has worked with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and Eva's Village in Paterson, New Jersey.
